Refund Policy

At Vinum Group, we're committed to providing high-quality wines and excellent customer service. Below is an overview of our refund policy:

 

 Samples Provided: We provide wine samples prior to placing an order to ensure accurate representation of the wines. This minimizes the risk of misinformation and ensures you're fully informed about the wines you're purchasing.


Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be considered for:

  •     Damaged Goods: Wines that are damaged during shipping or are defective.

  •     Incorrect Label: Wines that have an incorrect label or vintage, or different type of wine.


No Refunds for:

  •  Changes of heart, personal taste preferences, or other non-quality-related reasons.

  • Cancellations after the initial 40% deposit payment. Deposits are non-refundable after 24hours to allow for production and logistics planning.
     

 

Refund Process: Upon receiving goods, refunds will be issued in the original payment method within 15 days.


Contact Us: If you receive damaged or incorrectly labelled wines, please contact us promptly with photos and details of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve the issue efficiently.
