Orders and Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Vinum Group Australia. We reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities.

Pricing: Wholesale prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are exclusive of GST unless specified.
 

Payment Terms: To secure your order, a 40% deposit is required upon placement. The remaining 60% of the total amount is due upon completion of the product.

This payment structure allows us to commence work on your order while ensuring a fair and manageable payment schedule for both parties.

 

Delivery and Risk: Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery. Vinum Group Australia is not liable for loss or damage after delivery.
 

Returns and Refunds: Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect goods only. Contact us for return instructions.

Product Description: Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our ability but may be subject to minor variations.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights for both Crested Oak & Vitalis remain with Vinum Group Australia.

 

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts.
