Vinum Group is seeking a skilled and resourceful Business Development Analyst/Sales Representative to help the Company navigate the complexities of the Vietnamese wine market and develop strategies to overcome the challenges we face. You will work closely with our leadership team to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective marketing and sales strategies to drive growth and establish Vinum Group's presence in Vietnam. Requirements

Requirements:

-          2+ years of experience in business development, market research, or a related field

-          Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese & English 

-          Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

-          Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and data analysis tools

-          Strong understanding of the Vietnamese wine market and industry trends

-          Current wine industry knowledge is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

·         Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls to existing list of contacts to generate leads and build relationships.

·         Market Research: Identify and evaluate potential distribution partners, importers, and retailers in Vietnam to expand business reach.

·         Market Entry Strategies: Develop and implement market entry strategies that address challenges and opportunities in the Vietnamese market.

·         Business Development: Collaborate with the leadership team in Australia to develop and implement business development plans and initiatives.

·         New Business Opportunities: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, distribution channels, and product development for the Wine and HORECA sector.

·         Performance Tracking: Develop reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

·         Insights and Recommendations: Provide insights and recommendations to support business development decisions.

·         Sales Conversion: Prepare proposals for potential distributors and HORECA, and convert potential leads into actual sales.

·         Consumer Education: Identify opportunities to educate consumers about Australian wines and promote wine knowledge in Vietnam.

·         Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments as well as potential sales in the festivities periods in Vietnam. Eg: Christmas, New Year, Lunar New Year, Tourist peak period
